We offer quantity surveying (MEP specialists) services, procurement, project management, planning (construction programme management), contract management, cost planning and cost management. We also offer dispute resolution and claim management.

Through our multi-skilled team, we can offer Construction Management services such as those operated under a JCT Management Contract, particularly useful where the client wants to appoint trade contractors directly.

WJCL conducts cost planning from RIBA Stage 1-4. We also provide cost management services throughout the construction stages.

WJCL operates our Cost Planning services utilising internationally recognised costs models and the national rules of measurement (NRM).

WJCL conducts commercial and operational health checks, we can advise on programme feasibility, betterment and efficiencies. We can advise on securing your programmes critical path.
