Through our multi-skilled team, we can offer Construction Management services such as those operated under a JCT Management Contract, particularly useful where the client wants to appoint trade contractors directly.
WJCL conducts cost planning from RIBA Stage 1-4. We also provide cost management services throughout the construction stages.
WJCL operates our Cost Planning services utilising internationally recognised costs models and the national rules of measurement (NRM).
We also carry out market testing and research to validate the numbers.
We can provide dispute avoidance services either where two contracting parties appear to be heading towards an argument, or we can advice on steps to reduce the risk of disputes crystallising between organisations.
WJCL conducts commercial and operational health checks, we can advise on programme feasibility, betterment and efficiencies. We can advise on securing your programmes critical path.
WJCL also provides commercial and operational risk management support.
Our teams manage procurement strategies, contract monitoring and can provide contract guidance, ensuring construction teams are aware of the rules of the agreements they have or are about to enter.
